Package Delivery & Processing Times

All purchased packages are processed and delivered manually by our dedicated ownership and development team. We take great pride in ensuring every item is configured correctly and delivered properly to your account.

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 Business Days
  • Maximum Processing Time: 5 Business Days
  • Our staff team operates 24/7 and works diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible — in most cases, well within the 1–3 day window.

If you have not received your package within 5 business days, please open a support ticket in our Discord Server and a staff member will assist you promptly. Do not initiate a payment dispute before reaching out — we will always make it right.

Refund & Chargeback Policy

All sales made through the Lost LA store are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood the full description of the item(s) you are purchasing
  • Understand that digital goods and in-game items are non-returnable
  • Agree that no refund will be issued for change of mind, account bans, or failure to meet server rules
  • Understand that chargebacks filed against Lost LA are considered a violation of our Terms of Service

Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team is a direct violation of our store policy. In the event a chargeback is filed:

  • Your account will be permanently banned from Lost LA and all associated services
  • Your information will be logged and shared with our payment processor
  • We reserve the right to contest every chargeback filed with full transaction evidence, communication logs, and delivery confirmation

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent disputes. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us first — we have always and will always work with our community members to find a fair resolution.

By Purchasing, You Agree That:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable
  • Delivery may take up to 5 business days, with most fulfilled in 1–3 days
  • Account bans — including bans resulting from cheating, hacking, exploitation, or rule violations — do not qualify for a refund
  • Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and will be disputed with full evidence
  • You are purchasing a digital good intended for use on the Lost LA FiveM server exclusively
  • Lost LA reserves the right to modify, update, or remove packages at any time without prior notice
